Zumba classes dance for a good cause

ZUMBA Gold Classes in the Nambucca Valley have held a number of successful fundraisers for Australia’s Biggest Morning Tea in recent weeks.

Instructor Kerri Mergan held fundraisers at her classes in Valla and Nambucca Heads and Cheryl Summerville held two events in Macksville.

“The total amount that we have raised for the Cancer Council is $1,576,” said Cheryl.

“At all of these fun events the blue and yellow theme colours of the Biggest Morning Tea have been embraced by all of our dancers.

“Our venue in Macksville, the Ex-Services Club, has been very generous in their support, providing delicious morning tea.”
