THE Anglican Parish of the Nambucca Valley assembled for a combined service on Sunday, 30 November at the foreshore park in Stuarts Point.
Grateful for an available picnic table shelter, the congregation gathered, with the added welcome shade of the park’s trees, to commemorate the passing of a busy year, as well as reiterating their faith in the future.
“What a delight for our parish to gather at Stuarts Point this afternoon,” said Reverend Leslie Fotakis.
“A picnic lunch was followed by a service of Holy Communion in God’s wonderful creation.
“The setting was awesome, great company, a lovely breeze, and a beautiful tree for shade. Perfect!”
