Thank you Mike Hely for your article on the issues with the XPT service (NOTA 3 April Edition).
I wrote in a few times complaining about this ‘non’ service and that their explanations were unacceptable.
As I said neighbours actually went into the office at the Coffs station and were assured the XPT was going to Sydney the next day.
When they arrived the coach was there and 11 1/2 hours later arrived in Sydney.
One friend told me the toilet and air conditioning was not working and they had to wait three hours for a replacement coach.
Over to you Gurmesh Singh – please do something about this.
