Stage one of Valla industrial land goes on sale.

STAGE One of the Valla Industrial precinct was released last week.

It features 14 large-scale industrial blocks ranging in size from 2600 to 7510m2.

The industrial land is part of the wider Valla Urban Growth Area, which will include residential land, schools and a business precincts in a master planned estate.

“Today is an extremely exciting day,” said Nambucca Valley Mayor Gary Lee, who met on site last week with project partners Matt Shaw, of Knight Frank Newcastle, and McGrath Nambucca Heads sales agent Adam Jones.

“After 25 years of strategic planning and 13 months of construction, the first industrial lots are on sale.”

Mr Shaw said the estate was strategically positioned between major markets in South-east Queensland, and Newcastle/Sydney, with easy access to the Pacific Motorway.

“Development-ready industrial land has been in very short supply across the Mid North Coast,” he said.

“Fully-serviced lots suit a range of industries and we expect Stage One to attract strong interest.”
