THE monthly Stroke event sponsored by Fortade Group was played with the course showing plenty of run due to the dry conditions.With twelve players on a net par 36 or better Darrin Turner returned to form to win with a net six under par 66 winning the Medal. Rama Gennat was runner up to Darrin in Division 1
Three players finished on net 67 with Cheryl Fortescue claiming the runner up on a count back runner ahead of Rama Gennat and Trent Fortescue.

Trent playing faultless golf off a handicap of three won the Spoon with a gross score of two under par 70.
Despite the course hosting many visitors, the Mid Week competition went ahead with Stephen Riddell’s four under par net 40 saw him win by one shot ahead ofrunner up Timothy Mulvhill.
After the first week of the Chook Run Max Graham and Ron McDonald each with net 24 for nine holes will be hard to beat.
